Returns/Exchanges

-The customer has the right to return one or more products of his order within 15 days from the day of receipt. The return day is defined as the date on which the customer delivers the product to be returned to the cooperating courier company.

-If the return is not made within 15 days, our store has the right not to accept it.

The 1st return is provided by our store FREE of charge, for this reason please select “Charge to recipient” when returning your package exclusively through the partner courier company. For each subsequent change concerning the same order, the customer is charged the cost of transport.
To return products, the customer must fill in the Return/Exchange Form with all the necessary information, which he will find inside the package.
For a return or exchange to be accepted, the products must not have been damaged or tested (where this is not allowed), the packaging must be intact and the labels on the products must not have been removed.
Products in the categories Underwear – bottoms (men’s, women’s, children’s), women’s swimwear (bottoms), tights, as well as socks (men’s, women’s, children’s) are NOT allowed to be tested, for reasons of hygiene, and are not returned or replaced in case that have been tested.
In the event that the return is made due to an error on our part, the entire amount of the order is returned.
In the event that the customer wishes to return, through no fault of our store, then the original amount is returned, minus the transport costs.
Refunds are completed within 15 working days of our receipt of the returned products.
In the case of multipacks if one or more of the items contained in the package are defective, then the ENTIRE package must be returned intact for a replacement or refund.
In the event of a change, all the above refund terms apply with re-processing of the customer’s new order.
